Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Skip The Line Processing: add-on that prioritizes your order to ship the next business day (processing upgrade only; not expedited shipping).
  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping rates

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Free U.S. Shipping: orders over $150
  • Express Shipping: $49.99
  • International Shipping: calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery time

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 2–7 business days after shipment
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

Tracking your order

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping address accuracy Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. kleangurls fashion is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect address
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, store credit (minus shipping) will be issued.

International orders Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.

Damaged, lost, or stolen packages If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS) to open a Missing Package Claim
  • Email us your claim number at kleangurlsfashion@gmail.com If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can assist.
