Refund Policy

We do not offer traditional refunds due to product availability. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a gift card, valid for 15 days from the delivery date, including weekends. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved through our portal, please ship your item within 15 days of delivery at your expense.

Please note:

  • We do not process exchanges. To purchase a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Items returned with damage or signs of wear will not qualify for store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Return packages should be shipped with tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for delays or lost items during return transit.

Return Processing:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and your store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via email.

Important:

  • Items marked as “Sale” at purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect Address Policy

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If you notice an error, contact us at info@kleangurlsfashion.com or reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours for correction.
  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is returned to us, a store credit (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.

Return Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Initiate your return within 15 days of receipt.
  • Your package must be postmarked or shipped within 15 days of delivery.
  • All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and free of stains or deodorant marks.
  • Exclusions include final sale items, PR items, freebies, promos, worn items, and pop-up shop merchandise.

Shapewear Policy:
All shapewear is final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for these products. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Approval will be sent via email with shipping instructions for authorized returns.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Note: Returns initiated outside our portal will not be accepted.

International Orders:
All sales are final; no returns accepted.

Order Cancellations:
Please contact us within 24 hours at info@kleangurlsfashion.com to cancel or modify an order before it ships. Cancellations after processing cannot be accommodated.

Lost or Stolen Items:
We are not responsible for delays, missing, or stolen packages. Confirm your shipping details are accurate to ensure delivery success. Contact your local postal service for missing items.

Klarna Purchases:
You have at least 14 days after receipt to request a refund at no extra cost.
Shapewear remains final sale for these transactions.
